Access in SahhaCentral is granted person by person, by you. Being a pharmacist or a doctor is not enough on its own to open anyone's file.
في صحة سنترال، أنت من يمنح الإذن، شخصاً شخصاً. ولا يكفي أن يكون أحدهم صيدلياً أو طبيباً ليفتح ملف أي مريض.
- Your pharmacy sees your record only after you link to it.لا ترى صيدليتك سجلّك إلا بعد أن تربطها به.
- A doctor or relative gets access only when you grant it — and you can remove it at any time.لا يحصل الطبيب أو القريب على أي صلاحية إلا بإذنك، ويمكنك سحبها في أي وقت.
- Purchases are linked to you only when you claim them with your own receipt.لا تُنسب المشتريات إليك إلا عندما تضيفها بنفسك عبر إيصالك.
- Photos of your documents are stored privately, never on a public link.تُحفظ صور مستنداتك بشكل خاص، ولا تُنشر عبر أي رابط عام.

Yes. The app is free for patients.

My prescription is not in the appوصفتي غير موجودة في التطبيق
Prescriptions arrive one of two ways: the pharmacy adds them, or you scan one yourself from the home screen. A scanned prescription is read automatically, so check it against the paper — anything the reader was unsure of is marked "awaiting review".
تصل الوصفات بطريقتين: تضيفها الصيدلية، أو تصوّرها أنت من الشاشة الرئيسية. تُقرأ الوصفة المصوّرة تلقائياً، لذا راجعها مقابل الورقة — وكل ما لم يتأكّد منه القارئ يظهر بعبارة «بانتظار المراجعة».
Why is a medication missing from my cabinet?لماذا لا يظهر دواء في خزانتي؟
The cabinet is built from what you bought at your linked pharmacy and whatever you have added yourself. Anything bought elsewhere is not there until you add it.
تُبنى الخزانة ممّا اشتريته من صيدليتك المرتبطة وممّا أضفته بنفسك. أي دواء اشتريته من مكان آخر لا يظهر حتى تضيفه.
Can I use one account for my family?هل يمكنني استخدام حساب واحد لعائلتي؟
Each person keeps their own records under their own account — mixing two people's medicines in one cabinet is how the wrong dose gets taken. Family members lets you link relatives so you can reach their profile from yours.
لكل شخص سجلّه في حسابه الخاص — فخلط أدوية شخصين في خزانة واحدة هو ما يؤدي إلى تناول الجرعة الخطأ. تتيح لك ميزة «أفراد العائلة» ربط أقاربك للوصول إلى ملفاتهم من ملفك.
Does the app send dose reminders?هل يرسل التطبيق تذكيرات بالجرعات؟
Not yet. Dose reminders are not switched on in this version, so the app does not send notifications. When they arrive you will be able to turn them off per medication.
ليس بعد. التذكيرات غير مفعّلة في هذا الإصدار، لذا لا يرسل التطبيق إشعارات. وعند إطلاقها ستتمكّن من إيقافها لكل دواء على حدة.
How do I delete my account?كيف أحذف حسابي؟
From inside the app: Settings → Delete my account. Your records are removed with it. Full steps are on the account deletion page.
