Delete your SahhaCentral account
From the app (fastest)
- Open SahhaCentral and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete my account and read what will be removed.
- Tap Continue, type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete my account.
Deletion happens immediately and all at once — it either completes in full or nothing is removed.
If you can no longer open the app
Email support@sahhacentral.com from the address you signed up with and ask for your account to be deleted. We may ask you to confirm the request before acting on it.
What is deleted
- Your profile and sign-in.
- Your prescriptions, lab results, medications and dose history, condition journal and vaccination record.
- Every photograph you took in the app — prescriptions, receipts, lab reports and documents.
- Every sharing link, in both directions: anyone you shared with loses access, and you lose access to anyone who shared with you.
What is kept, and why
The pharmacy keeps its own record of what it sold, as any pharmacy must. Those sales lines are disconnected from you: your name and email are removed from them, so they no longer identify you.
حذف حسابك في صحة سنترال
من داخل التطبيق (الأسرع)
- افتح صحة سنترال وسجّل الدخول.
- اذهب إلى الإعدادات.
- اضغط حذف حسابي واقرأ ما سيُحذف.
- اضغط متابعة، واكتب DELETE للتأكيد، ثم اضغط حذف حسابي.
يتم الحذف فوراً ودفعة واحدة — إمّا أن يكتمل بالكامل أو لا يُحذف شيء.
إذا لم تعد قادراً على فتح التطبيق
راسل support@sahhacentral.com من البريد الذي سجّلت به واطلب حذف حسابك. قد نطلب منك تأكيد الطلب قبل تنفيذه.
ما الذي يُحذف
- ملفك الشخصي وبيانات الدخول.
- وصفاتك، ونتائج تحاليلك، وأدويتك وسجلّ جرعاتك، ويوميات حالتك الصحية، وسجلّ لقاحاتك.
- كل صورة التقطتها في التطبيق — الوصفات والإيصالات وتقارير المختبر والمستندات.
- كل روابط المشاركة في الاتجاهين: يفقد من شاركتَ معهم صلاحية الوصول، وتفقد أنت الوصول إلى من شاركوا معك.
ما الذي يبقى، ولماذا
تحتفظ الصيدلية بسجلّها الخاص لما باعته، كما هو مطلوب من أي صيدلية. لكن هذه السجلات تُفصل عنك: يُزال اسمك وبريدك منها فلا تعود تدلّ عليك.
